Rituals is my family's favourite shop when it comes to bath treats; we have discovered it in Sweden and then just had to track it down in the UK. Quality is always amazing and fragrances and the range are so so (!) different to the mainstream products! They are sophisticated, rich, indulgent and delicious.

I've had a really bad experience with deliveries just before Christmas, when Yodel managed to damage first and lose second parcel, which was sent as a replacement. Weirdly, I am happy it had happened as Juan Pablo in customer service took the Rituals' experience to a whole new level. Not only I have been instantly getting replies and updates while he was promptly arranging replacements to my absolute satisfaction; he managed to turn his communication into an art, with exiting colourful poetic hyperboles about Rituals, making my Rituals' experience start there and then. I would usually say that someone with his outstanding rhetorical skill set should have been talking people out of jumping off the roof but based on what I know about Rituals by now, he is just perfect for the brand.

I can't recommend Rituals enough; you may go to the shop to pick your favourite or safely order online because if you get lucky and Yodel messes up your delivery, you will have an immense pleasure of dealing with Juan, who will calm you down and will sort everything out in a jiffy for you!

I visited the lakeside shop for the first time, the customer service was brilliant, the staff new the products and were so friendly.. xx
