My order arrived in such a lovely box, and everything was packed so neatly that it made me feel like I’d picked the right thing. It felt special without being over the top, which I really appreciated. I even ended up keeping the packaging because it was that nice.

I had to return one thing from my rituals.com order and it was super easy. I filled out the form sent it back and got email updates along the way. The refund came faster than I thought too. No hassle at all I’d definitely order again.

"Nice feel without being too heavy"
I ordered a body cream from rituals.com, and I’m particular about texture because I don’t like anything greasy or sticky. This one has a really nice feel, it’s soft, smooth, and melts into my skin quickly.

The only thing I’d change is that the scent lingers on my hands a little longer than I personally prefer. Still, the way it feels on my skin is great, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ve been using the Rituals face cream and cleanser for about a month now, and I’m really happy with them. My skin feels so much less dry, and the redness I usually deal with has calmed down quite a bit. It wasn’t some overnight miracle, but it’s the kind of steady improvement that makes you feel more confident sticking with it. The products smell lovely too, and delivery was totally fine. I’d definitely buy them again

"Usually easy to find what I need"
I order from rituals.com every now and then, and for the most part, the things I’m looking for seem to be in stock. There have been a few times where the more popular scents were sold out, which is a little frustrating, but I guess they usually come back after some time. The website is straightforward and makes it easy enough to check availability. Overall, I’d say it’s been a good experience, though I do kind of wish restocks happened a bit faster

"Nice rewards, but I wish checkout explained them faster"
I shop there often, so the loyalty points and little freebies are actually worth it for me. It’s nice getting something back instead of just spending money every time. The only thing that bugs me is that the perks aren’t always obvious at checkout, and I don’t have the patience to hunt around figuring out what applies. Still, overall it does save me a bit, so I’ll keep using it.

I usually order from RITUALS when they’ve got a discount or one of those gift-with-purchase deals going on. The offers are good, and I always enjoy getting a little extra item in the box. Weirdly, I still remember one order where the free mini shower foam had a tiny dent in the cap, but it worked fine and smelled amazing. Full price feels a bit steep to me, so I tend to wait for a sale. Overall though, I’ve had a good experience

My skin reacts to almost everything, so I was expecting at least a little itching or redness, but so far nothing. It’s been really gentle. Weirdly, I remember putting it on while sitting next to a bowl of grapes on my nightstand, and I kept checking my face after like every 10 minutes. Still no reaction, so I’m happy with it...

After I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure when there was an issue with my order. I wasn’t sure if they’d actually help or just brush me off. But I reached out to support and they got back to me quickly. They handled it fairly and got the problem sorted without making it a big hassle. I was annoyed at first, but in the end I’m happy with how they dealt with it.

"Tracking was easy, but the wait was annoying"
The delivery tracking was actually really accurate, which I appreciated. I kept checking it because I was getting frustrated waiting around, but at least the updates were spot on and I knew where my package was.

"Refund was quick, even if I felt a bit ignored"
I had to return one item from my rituals order and thought the refund was going to take forever. I did feel a bit ignored at first because I wasn’t really sure what was happening after I sent the parcel back.

To be fair, the money came back into my account much faster than I expected, just a few days after they received it. I didn’t have to chase in the end, so I’m happy with the refund side of things, even if the communication could’ve been better.

"Decent order, but not quite what I expected"
My Rituals order arrived quickly, which was nice, but one of the items came in the wrong size. It wasn’t a massive issue, just a bit annoying because I expected everything to be checked a little more carefully. The rest of the order was fine and packed okay, so overall it wasn’t bad, just not quite as smooth as I thought it would be.

I picked up a shower foam and body cream from Rituals and they smell so good... not too strong or overpowering, just really nice. The scent actually stays on my skin for hours too, which I love. Super happy with them and I’d definitely buy again

"Annoyingly, the scent really does last"
I bought a body mist and shower foam from RITUALS, i wasn’t expecting much, but the scent actually stays on for hours. Even my jacket still smelled nice the next day, which was a pleasant surprise, if a little annoying because now I clearly need to buy more. Delivery was perfectly fine too. Really happy with it and will probably order again
